"‏اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَصَلُّوا خَمْسَكُمْ وَصُومُوا شَهْرَكُمْ وَأَدُّوا زَكَاةَ أَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَطِيعُوا ذَا أَمْرِكُمْ تَدْخُلُوا جَنَّةَ رَبِّكُمْ". أخرجه الترمذي

Fear Allah your lord
and pray the 5 prayers
and fast your month (Ramadan)
and give zakah
and obey your authority
you will enter the jannah of your Rabb.

So people, it is from your deen to stop at a red light and buckle your seat belt and follow the rules of your nation.
